Bikram Choudhury is the founder of Bikram’s Yoga College of India™ worldwide. Born in Calcutta in 1946, Bikram began yoga practice at the age of four with Bishnu Ghosh¹, India’s most-renowned physical culturist at that time. His wife, Rajashree was an aerobic teacher when they first met.
